Seasonal rental terms for the Dar Ines villa in Djerba. Booking implies acceptance of these terms.
Purpose
Rental of the whole house (three suites, up to 6 guests) for a holiday stay, for a family or a group of friends.
Booking
Requests are made through the site form. We confirm availability and the rate within 24 hours. The booking becomes firm once the deposit is received.
Payment
By bank transfer, via the payment link we send by email after the quote. From Europe: transfer in euros. From Tunisia and the Maghreb: local transfer. Our details are never published on the site. Payment accepted in euros (EUR) and dinars (TND).
Deposit and balance
A deposit of 30% is required to secure the dates; the balance is paid on site on arrival. The deposit is paid by bank transfer, via the payment link sent by email.
Cancellation
The deposit is refundable for cancellations up to 15 days before the arrival date. After that, the deposit is retained.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 2 p.m., check-out before 12 noon. Key handover is agreed together before the stay.
Security deposit
A security deposit may be requested on arrival and returned after the check-out inspection; its amount is stated at confirmation.
Liability and governing law
The guest agrees to respect the property and the neighbourhood. Any dispute is governed by the law applicable at the rental location. For any question: darinesdjerba@gmail.com.
