Data collected
The data you enter in the form: first name, last name, email, phone, requested dates, number of guests and message. We also keep the request’s IP address for security purposes (anti-spam). No banking data is requested or stored by the site.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used solely to handle your booking request and reply to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and your consent.
Recipients
Your data is received by the villa operator and processed by our technical providers - hosting and database, as well as the email delivery service - within the European Union. It is never sold or shared with third parties.
Retention
Requests are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to darinesdjerba@gmail.com. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority.
